Nuevo Choice, Inc. is dedicated to improving workplace satisfaction. Workplace satisfaction is improved in two ways: 1. Decreasing the dropout rate among Texas young adults and helping them move on with their lives.
2. Helping young adults explore meaningful careers with opportunity for advancement.
Some reports indicate that the earning potential of a high school graduate is $1 million dollars in a lifetime.
Our high school courses are designed to help students be successful in the workplace. We incorporate real workplace skills into academics so that our students are competent in the workplace.
Mentoring is our service to the community.
When we are not teaching, we are mentoring young adults to help young adults reach the next level in their education so they can earn another $1 million.
In our T-Lo mentorship program, we give back to the community when we:
1. Encourage public school students to stay in school and finish high school then pursue higher education through technical schools, colleges and universities. 2. Educate and inform students, concerned family members, and other community leaders about issues affecting this generation of students in high school and higher education.
3. Assist with admission application completion, financial aid applications, scholarship applications, and admission testing fees and preparation.
To date, we have a
- 100% high school graduation rate from participants who attended public schools,
- 100% freshman year completion rate for our T-Lo participants and a
- 100% return rate for their sophomore year in higher education.
